I love how i can use this pan in and out of the oven. Awesome Frying pan.

Nice, heavy pan. Large capacity for dishes like spaghetti sauce. I just sautéed some Halibut filets in this nice pan the other day. Very easy to clean as well.

This skillet cooks best when using a low/medium steady temperature. I burned some chicken in the pan and ended up having to use my ceramic cook top cleaner to get the charred bits all off. Hopefully I did not harm the integrity of the enamel finish. Time will tell. This skillet is very heavy, not a problem for me but might be if you have limited arm strength. I only use this skillet when I'm cooking a meal that needs to go from stovetop to oven.

Everything Stuck to This Pan

Everything, and I do mean everything, stuck to this pan even with oil, butter and spray. Could not get it clean no matter how hard I scrubbed.

Who knew crockpot made cast iron! Love my crockpots and now my cast iron by crockpot! It cleans like a dream, cooks evenly and no seasoning! Love it! Thanks!!!

Affordable quality

Impressed with the quality of this pan. Cooks evenly as you would expect with cast iron. Enamel cleans up easily with soap and water. Beautiful red color, scarlet is the perfect name for it.
