Bad customer service
Ordered a set of 2, only one came arranged with customer service to exchange but got an email from customer service saying they wouldn't honor the requested exchange so I got a redund an will take my money elswhere. No wonder Macy's is going broke
25.3 oz "decanter" holds a 25.4 oz wine bottle!?!?
5 stars for looks and quality. BUT SERIOUSLY, how does a 25.3 oz carafe hold a 25.4 oz typical bottle of wine, much less how does that then provide good surface to aerate a wine!?!?!? 0 stars for that. 3 stars average.
