I'm sure it would be great if the pad didn't come out and fall down the toilet before I had the chance to finish cleaning with it.

Defective

I purchased it new from Amazon. The button to eject the scrubber does not eject it and does nothing it is so cheaply made. A real disappointment.

I love the product, it's very useful in the area where I need to use it. I didn't have any problems ordering it or receiving it.

I purchased three of these for my bathrooms. They are awesome to use and clean under the rim GREAT. They click on and I can use one pad at least three to four times before disposing, and they are hands free. Problem is I CANNOT find the refill pads anywhere in any store nor on Amazon. Says they are out of stock and other brands do not have the click on wand bottom that goes with another brand! If I cant find any then they are useless and a total waste of money!! HELP!!

MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT

I liked the product BUT THEY HAVE DISCONTINUED THE REPLACEMENT SCRUBBER HEADS. SO DON'T BUT THE STARTER KIT.

No refills!

Great product. Works well. Refills are impossible to find! I'm going to have to buy something else. I've been looking for refills for a month.

Terrible Product

Supermarket does not carry the original toilet scrubber which was very effective. Contained a good amount of cleaner. I used it for years. Since running out I bought this new product. I really hate to use this term. It is absolute crap. No cleaner on it. Awkward and unless one cleans the toilet beforehand, it is useless. A terrible product. Give me the old pads anytime. Can’t say enough about this one. It is worthless.

I was completely sold on the old style. The design of these new ones render them useless. Haven’t found anything else that even comes close to be as good as the old style. Why would you think it was a good idea to discontinue them? 🤔

Disappointed

Wish had tried 'original/better' version; 2 sets arrived damaged. They stink just opening the pad bag! Retired 2 garage after 1 try. Poor design. Collects water, doesn't scrub well, nasty smell, easily damaged [arrived with cracked housing/stands]. Doubt they are returnable. Disappointed; really wanted them to be effective. Zero.

The handles suck!

I have five bathrooms and I bought one of these for each bathroom. Since then, I have had five of five handles stop working. It will either not release the pad or it will not hold onto the pad. I bought two more handles (seven total) in an effort to use the remaining scrubber pads. I just had one handle break so I am now down to one. The quality of the handles are pathetic. I am now moving towards using a different product all together. I would just like to get through the remaining pads so I don't further waste any more money on these stupid things.

Don’t waste your money

This new design is horrible. The scrubber doesn’t stay on the wand, there is barely any blue stuff on the scrubber and the design makes is not adequate for cleaning. Now that my wand broke I am left with scrubbers that I cannot use. If I want to use them I have to buy a whole new system. What a waste of money. So disappointed
