Inflexible angles

I've only had the chair for about a week. The assembly was super easy and took 30min. The cushion is thin and not that comfortable, and I can feel the wood when I'm sitting on it. The wheels and slide out table are convenient. The thing that stands out the most about this chair is that the chair angle doesn't sit up straighter than what is shown in the picture, about a 50° angle. It's not ideal for reading, interacting with others, or laptop work. I make it work by piling other pillows, but by then my feet are hanging off the edge. Overall a disappointing experience for the price and just a very bad design choice.

Jonathan Y poor customer service

The actual product is good but customer service from Jonathan Y is bad. I was missing a bolt and since the chair uses special hardware I decided to email them. Their response was either I go to a hardware store and try to find the part (which I tried with no success) or wait at least 3 months to see if their warehouse would get the bolt in stock which I believe is unacceptable.

[Rewarded Review] Seabrook Acacia Outdoor Wood Lounger

On March 11, 2024, I received the Seabrook Outdoor Acacia Hardwood Lounger. The cardboard shipping box did not show any damage and the lounger parts were packed very well; however, upon inspecting the contents, I discovered an 11.5” crack in the frame, where a bolt joins the chairback to the lounger seat. I notified Home Depot of the issue and received a second lounger on March 28, 2024.

[Rewarded Review] Great chair

I love this lounge chair. There’s so many great aspects to this chair. I love the wheel not only does it look cool it’s functional. The pool out table on the side is so cool and convenient. Assembly was a breeze. It really didn’t take that long. The directions were easy, the design is so nice the chair looks really good it’s from really great materials. You can tell it well-made and the cushion on top is super easy to clean really great product.
