Pump works great but part was missing

I purchased this pump at CW on the way home from a winter trip when the original pump went bad. I have just replaced the pump prior to another trip and found the strainer missing. This seems to be a common problem. I have bought countless items in stores and from online retailers that have obviously been scavenged or have had parts stolen and are still sold. Very disappointed and now have to buy an item that should have been included.

I specifically called and asked for a representative to double check it was a plug in motor, he answered its 120 V, I had to waste almost a week buying parts to make it plugin & it needed a converter that a HomeDepot representative did not tell me about (my fault here, I should have double & triple checked). The motor was one or two days late, where had I bought it somewhere else I would have got a plugin motor which is why I called the representative to double check before purchasing and a day earlier & the other motor would have looked better for my application. ..The representative was helpful, so my fault for not over stressing plugin (& then I would not have wasted money, time, on burning up a motor that also needed a converter)..I tried based on the image and text to see if it was plug in & only called a representative because nothing on your website gave me that information. nor did the representative when I called

Quiet, leak-free water pump

My older pump ran loud and had snap-in fittings that were prone to leaking. This Seaflo pump has rubber feet that damp the sound very well. And the threaded hose connections are secure.

Well I bought this because my old pump seemed to be slowing down and the reviews said it was quiet.

Upgraded system

I needed to get a new pump for my fresh water holding tank in my fifth wheel camper. Found this one and read all of the information about it and decided to go with this pump. It is a very good one, good pressure and most of all it's very quiet.

We have a rural property with no amenities. We have a 275 gallon IBC tote with fresh water for washing & showering. This pump is perfect for water pressure through our on-demand water heater for washing dishes in an outdoor kitchen as well as showering. It's nearly silent (we wish our RV pump was this quiet!) and is a real work horse.
