Excellent quality for the price. Extremely comfortable and is slightly cooler in temperature than other memory foam pillows I have used. I knew if I searched enough I would find and excellent price for memory foam pillows. They only cost me 20.00 online at Walmart.

Hard as stone

I gave these pillows a chance because of all the good reviews. I do prefer a softer pillow, but these are stone hard, so there is no chance that I would ever adjust to that. The pillows do seem of decent quality, so if you like a rock hard pillow, you may like these.

just what i needed

been using memory foam pillow for 7 years. needed extra ones for family. looks same as picture. get some pillow protectors and they will last you a long time. still using my 1st one. so comfy settling into them

Very firm pullow

It’s a very firm pillow, too firm for me but good quality. Excellent support pillow. The gel makes it icy cold. I was surprised. If you prefer a soft pillow you will not like these.

Double pack memory foam pillows

These pillows seem to be of great quality and they are comfortable. They are definitely not a firm memory foam, they are more like a squishy memory foam, so they smash flat when you lay your head on them. The removable washable cover on them seems to be well crafted as well.

Horrible pillow

This pillow hurts your neck rather than helps it. It is by no means a cooling pillow. What is worse is that walmart.com supervisors have no authority to process refunds. They tell you that you have to wait an additional 14 days after it gets delivered. It took 10 days to arrive to them. I will never shop here again.

Big hunk of firm memory foam

I think I've accepted that I'm a high maintenance pillow freak. This pillow is one hunk of heavy memory foam, not good for a fair pillow fight, probably. I'm a side sleeper and found it difficult to support my neck just right without the foam surrounding my face, leaving me to smell the .... chemicals to make the foam.

Nice pillows but not for me

I had high hopes after reading some of the ratings but for me the pillow is too stiff, too thick. Returning. It is supposed to be for all sleep positions and if I slept on my side I could get used to it but because I use a CPAP I sleep on my back most of the time. No sleep from constantly adjusting pillow position and a stiff neck.

Does not go flat

I have been looking for these pillows all my life! These are the BEST pillows I have ever bought. They are great for however you want to sleep. Side sleepers, back sleepers, or on your stomach. They are so comfortable. I absolutely love them, and I would strongly recommend these pillows.

Exit obstruction

Driver left the packages against the door which opens out. It was raining and he wanted to keep the packages and himself out of the rain. I'm disabled and had to fight to get out. He should have knocked and I'd have taken the packages, but he dropped the boxes, ran to his truck and split because he didn't like the rain. They usually take a picture after delivery, look at it. He was a jerk and my packages are soaked anyway.

super pillows

theses pillows i would consider them to be medium firm. you can lay on your side and belly and your head sinks into the pillow. when i recieved my order the pillows were already fluffed up and no smell whatsoever. also the fabric of the pillows are soft. a very good pillow.

I LOVE this pillow. I am usually cold when I sleep. However, throughout the night, I often get hot. I like to slide my hand under this pillow because its "cool to the touch" feature is truly wonderful. It really does have a cooling effect.

This pillow was too firm for me so I gave it to my husband. He really likes it as he prefers a firm pillow. He has been using it for about a month now. I explained to him how one side was supposed to stay cooler and he said it does seem to. He has always been bad to wake up sweaty and this pillow has seemed to help with that. (His old pillow would have sweat stains on it). I really like the zip-off cover that comes on it and makes washing easy. If you like a firm pillow this pillow could be a good choice but if you prefer a softer one you may wish to consider a different option.

My head doesn't get super hot overnight, but even so, I was able to tell there was a temperature threshold that wasn't reached the way my old pillow did. The foam is like other more expensive pressure foam pillows with one side of the removable zippered casing that's the "cooling" side of the pillow (blue diamond baffling pattern on the inside).

This is a review for Sealy Essentials cool touch memory foam pillow. In a huge effort to control night sweating, I have invested in everything that claims to keep us cool at night. The pillow is part of the equation. One barrier to the cooling claim is that I also use protectors on all bedding items. The old plastic protectors completely blocked the cooling effect rendering them just an expensive regular pillow. The new material protectors allow the cooling effect while also protecting the pillow from dust, etc. There are three main characteristics of this pillow that appeal to me. One is, of course, the cooling effect. I truly do not wake in a ring of sweat. The blue pattern on one side of the pillow is cool to the touch. That brings me to the second thing I appreciate. This is a dual action pillow. One side has the cool blue pattern. The other side is a soft, cozy material. My third favorite characteristic of the pillow is the density of the memory foam and the width of the pillow itself. The memory foam envelopes comfortably and maintains the shape for longer than most thin memory foam pillows. The width gives alignment for back and side sleeping. I recommend Sealy Essentials cool touch memory foam pillow.

I really love this pillow! On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the most firm pillow I would be at an 8. This pillow fits me so well. It is firm and holds its shape all night. I don't feel like the pillow is super cooling or cool to the touch but the pillow has never overheated or felt hot. Even after waking up during the hot summer nights with my windows open this pillow is still not hot or sticky at all.

This pillow is amazing. It is thicker than the average pillow so I was afraid I would have a stiff neck in the morning. Not so. The pillow conforms to the shape of your head so that your head doesn't "flop" around during the night unless you move it; then the pillow reconforms to the shape of your head. The pillow is heavy which prevents it from moving around during the night. It has a zippered cover which may be removed and washed.

I have tried so many memory foam pillows that have not lasted. This pillow is not only cooling but very well-made. I have neck issues and this pillow really helped me get a good nights sleep. It also came with a zippered cover that you can remove to wash. The pillow itself should be spot cleaned. It’s also the right thickness for me because I don’t like a pillow too high or too low. You should give it a try.

I've been looking forward to receiving my Sealy Essentials Cool Touch Memory Foam pillow. This pillow is built for stomach sleepers, side sleepers and back sleepers. I use to sleep mainly on my stomach and a little on my side but as I've aged I'm all over the place. It probably depends on what ache or pain I might have as to how I will be sleeping. This pillow fits the bill for whatever position I might want to sleep. The cover is soft on one side and has a cool-to-the-touch feel on the other side. The pillow is high quality memory foam. This is a standard size pillow. The pillow cover can be zipped-off and is machine washable. The cover is hypoallergenic so it protects the pillow from allergens and helps keep the pillow fresh. My old pillow, and it really is old, is a feather pillow so I'm excited to be trying memory foam. I like that there is a cool side to this pillow since where I live the weather gets really hot, 110 degrees in the summer. I love that this pillow is made and assembled in the USA. Sealy has been making bedding for over 140 years so obviously a very good company. If you like a firm pillow then this one is for you.

Wow, the first time sleeping on this pillow, I did not wake up during the night at all. I actually slept for 10 straight hours. Did not wake up and have to turn pillow over because it got too hot. I slept on the gray side of the pillow which I had put in my pillowcase.
