Perfect.

The mattress is super comfortable being both supportive but not hard. I received the adjustable base as part of a sale and will never do a box spring again.

Side sleeper

I purchased the mattress, knowing that I would put a 3 inch memory foam topper on it, But for at least the first week, I found it so hard that I didn’t sleep well. In hindsight, I probably would have purchased the medium firm instead of the firm as I am a side sleeper. The mattress now seems to have adjusted to me a bit better.

Nice for all-position sleepers

Very comfy, my son loves it. Firm but not hard with enough give to keep him comfortable. He moves a lot while he sleeps, and sleeps in all positions. This mattress is good for all-position sleepers.

such a wonderful mattress

This is such a great mattress for me. Firm, comfortable top, hardly need any time to get used to it. I love how I sleep now… get up with no back pain. And do reasonable! Great purchase!

This mattress has been a good purchase.

I have had this mattress for about 3 weeks now. It is comfortable and works well with the Tranquility Base I purchased with it. I have slept better than I have in quite a while. It is firm yet supports me no matter what position I am sleeping in.

Best bed I’ve ever had.

Best quality. Passes the wine glass test. Firm but still soft and comfortable. I’ve had a lot of mattresses and this one is by far the best I’ve ever had.

Sagging mattress

Got new Sealy posturepedic mattress recently. I now wake up with no or minimal lower back pain. I love the firmness of the mattress and its feel. It’s totally a great purchase!

No smell! Firm! Great night's sleep!

Love it! My husband likes firm and has some back issues so we went firm, even though I like soft. Both he and I love it! I did put an old comforter under the fitted sheet and it's a great compromise. Highly recommend it. Hint of smell upon opening and let it air all day, so was fine to sleep on same night delivered. The mattress is made in Paterson, NJ.

Terrible store! Never doing business again!!!!!!!

I love the bed that was purchased from Macy's. That being said, I will NEVER order a stich of ANYTHING from this horrible place. The customer service is rude and inconsiderate. Somehow, my order was messed up when i went directly to the Macy's website to order this mattress and i chose the payment method of Klarna. The mattress was delivered to me on 11/30, and to my surprise, i get a phone call saying that this purchase was not authorized. Now explain to me why i am currently laying on my mattress, but it somehow was not authorized. Now, instead of paying 4 easy payments of $220 through Klarna, i am now told that i have to pay the entire amount of $881.91. This was NOT my fault, and now, it is the Christmas season, this has put me in a huge bind. I recently opened up a Macy's account, but i will be paying off my balance and closing my account with this awful store. I wish i would have read all of the Macy's online order reviews before placing my order. I would have NEVER gone through with it.

Sweet dreams

After sleeping on a very tired mattress, no pun intended, we purchased the Sealy posturepedic hybrid mattress. It was an instant fix for our inconsistent sleep and sore backs...we love our new mattress.

Super firm mattress

Mattress is sold as firm, but it is really firm and even super firm, more than when I tried it in the store. I will need to add a topper. Quality looks good

This mattress has exceeded our expectations and has been very comfortable It is on the firmer side, so we purchased a quality mattress topper that has made it perfect. After almost two years of use, it remains very comfortable.

So far I really like this mattress. I have several bulging discs in my back so I needed to purchase a new mattress that was more firm. This mattress is just what I needed. I will update after a few months of sleeping on this mattress if anything changes.
