Two different products

When I ordered a square foot sample.I received a product with gray backing. Although the product was thin, it seemed to be durable. And I proceeded to order the amount I needed. When I received the first order of quantity.Some of it came out of the package damaged and it had a white backing. The white backing product seemed far inferior she's a great backing product that I originally received as a sample. Several pieces of the white backing Product had pinholes in the white which showed through on the finish side of the product. If you install one of these pieces, it shows through as white dots on a bronze colored face. I ordered additional tile to finish the job and when I received it. It came out of the package damaged as well with white backing with pits in it. I feel like the sample I received was the new improved version of this tile and the tile I received in quality. Is them trying to rid themselves of the inferior product. I should have stopped when I received the white backing product. But unfortunately I didn't and now I have it half done and must finish it. If you order this and receive the product with white backing, stop and send it back. DO NOT USE IT.

!50 pieces ordered and 40 were a different size by 1/8th of an inch. All pieces the wrong side had a white painted backing while they rest were grey. I also thought that they chipped on the edges far easier than other glass tile I have cut. We made it work and it looks amazing, but not without brainstorming and avoiding the return and reship game.
