Love this fireplace!

We waited 8 months for this TV fireplace stand, but it was worth it. It was packed very well! Nothing was broken! It is a nice larger size unit but not overwhelming. It holds a 55” TV nicely. The faux bricks are very nice. You can increase or decrease the flame separately from increasing and decreasing the log lights. You can adjust it and make it your own. The assembly is quite time consuming. Not difficult if you follow the steps. FOLLOW THE STEPS! We followed step by step and after 6 hours, it was assembled, everything worked and it looks great.

Had item for 2 years. Alarm sounds no heat, lights working, alarm continue after turning off. What can I do?

Using as a tv stand and room warmer in winter. Works great. A little concer with the back portion limited to 20 lbs. Easy to put together, just time consuming. Would help if there are some written instruction, especially with regards to power hook up for lighting.

I eyed this particular fireplace for days, loved the stone face around heater, corner design, and corner lighted shelves. I did not time the length of time to assemble. However, don't think it took all that long. It's as nice in my living room as I hoped it would be.

I was actually able to assemble it myself! It took me awhile but I have absolutely no experience at putting anything together! I emailed them and they responded quickly when I had a question. I was also able to take advantage of the credit card no fee interest for 6 months which I did. I love the fireplace it is beautiful and elegant.
