great clock for a good price

Nice clock for the money... I bought and returned a different name brand chime wall clock about a year ago... sounded terrible. this one by Seiko is pretty to look at and the sound is a rich mellow sound.

The product I ordered thru Wayfair arrived very early than expected. The product was so beautiful and very easy to set-up. WAYFAIR long live!

Very solid and beautifully designed. Works just like the big floor standing grandfather clocks and the sound's loudness can be adjusted.

Clock is beautiful.always wanted one

Lasted 7 years and I am so disappointed in Seiko

I guess I expect to much from things but this clock only lasted 7 years for me. I have done everything I can do to fix it and the pendulum does not swing anymore and it only runs about 45 minutes and then dies. New batteries, placed on kitchen counter and cleaned battery connections with a soft cloth and then tried to start 4 times. I guess I think in the back of my 62 year old brain that these “name brand” clocks should last like a Lasko fan and just keep on running, I am so disappointed in this brand and will not buy another from this company, I replaced with a Bedford (hate to resort to buying made outside US but can’t afford anything else). Really hoping it lasts longer than this brand of chiming wall clock. It’s so sad because it’s a gorgeous clock and now is bound for the Goodwill store praying someone can fix it.

This clock is tops

This is a beautiful clock. We have it in the living room, where the wood matches some of our other pieces. I like the slower deliberate chime, and there is nothing so far that I can say negative. Seiko is a top notch clock and keeps wonderful time. We always marvel at how wonderful Hayneedle is to work with. Thanks!

Love this clock

I have been looking for a clock like this for a long time. Exceptional quality for the price. The chimes are beautiful and I especially like the feature that you can turn them off at night for those who are light sleepers. Everyone that sees it and hears it has commented on how beautiful this clock sounds and looks. So glad I bought it. Very pleased customer.

Excellent product

Clock was delivered two days before projected date. Clock fits in with our decore and is a pleasant piece of furniture. dWe are very pleased with clock and the chimes are beautiful to listen too.

I'm using this in my office. The volume control works better than my last wall clock. I really like this clock.

Questions answered

We sent in a question concerning whether the pendulum worked (swung), and if there was a ticking sound (one other review of another clock delighted in the ticking sound). The answer back was yes on both. We ordered the clock, and the pendulum worked, however no ticking. Also might be helpful if you said whether the door on the front opened, or access was from the back of the clock.
