So I got this because the one I have in my tank is not holding a seal . I HAVE A master bathroom and a guest bathroom as well and both seals are leaking. So I purchased 2 of these. This was a quick fix and so far so good. I hope they hold up longer than the old ones. These are shorter than the ones that where in my tank. They are at a great price! Shipping was fast.

Does NOT fit a 4019N

I am sure this is a good product, but it is not compatible with a 4019N. It is described as a 3" and internet searches bring up this item, but it will NOT fit the 3" opening on a 4019N tank - it is slightly oversized.
