The lamps themselves are beautiful and well made but I’m giving it 1 star because it’s not remotely the color depicted in the website images. Granted each piece is supposedly “unique”, but I was expecting it to be made of pink alabaster, and what I received was pure white (which I can find similar lamps in white alabaster for a fraction of the price). I can’t use these in white, nor would I pay this much for a plain white one, so I’m returning these immediately and am not happy at all about it.
Lamp looks NOTHING like the photo on the web site.
I wanted to return or exchange and the company says NO returns. Seriously? Won’t be shopping here ever again. They lost a potentially great customer. Hoping there was a brick and mortar store to come shop at since I’m so close.... not anymore.
