These curtains are great for a nursery or toddlers room. They are not room darkening. I mean they add a hint of shade. But we got them to add decoration for our sons room, and he loves them. He loves all the animals and loves showing everyone his new curtains. He is 2.

Adorable for my son's room and goes great with his animal theme. The room darkening claim is questionable though. If your child needs absolute darkness to fall asleep, these may not be for you, at least not without another layer added.
