Smaller , more compact unit as described. We have been using it in a 16x12 bedroom with high ceilings and it cools the room quickly and maintains the temp throughout the night. It is somewhat noisy but does not interfere with sleep.

I've been happy with this product. So far it hasn't had any issues with leaking. I like that it's easy to wheel around to various places in the house. It's also quieter than the previous portably AC that I had. It's not super strong, but it's good enough for what it is.

I thought I thoroughly read the product specification on the website page but did not see this warning. I was not intending of calling electrician to change outlet and returned product unused.

Did not get to use

To be fair, I didn't even get to connect and turn on this a/c unit. The attachment piece that goes into the hose from the unit to the window, would not go into the hose no matter how I tried. I tried for over 30 minutes to an hour to make it work. Finally, I gave up, put it back in the box and returned it. You cannot run this a/c without the hose from the machine to the window to exhaust the hot air outside.

I’m really happy with this unit I purchased it and didn’t use it for a month then when I hooked it up it worked for like 2 hours got a E4 code so got in touch with customer support threw Serenelife and they were great sent me a new unit and it works great

I can’t tell if this AC is struggling due to the heat wave, but it gets pretty cool—not cold. It’s really loud! We put it on Sleep so it turns on and off naturally, but when it jolts back on, it also jolts us awake. We’d say it’s an average AC, nothing special and gets the job done.
