I ordered a stand up steam sauna (SereneLife Model SLISAU35BK and received a sit down infrared sauna (SLISAU10BK). Didn’t realize until my wife opened the present Christmas morning. Not very happy.

El tamaño del cover fue muy pequeño no da las medidas además el cover vino roto en las esquinas, el zipper no cierra. Era un regalo de cumpleaños para mi esposo y no funcionó .
Didnt go well together and one of the zippers broke when trying to zip it .

this item was much harder to put together ripped and poles bent, very bad buy returning immediately
The set up was straightforward and easy. As long as you secure the poles to the correct depth then the rest of the tent will fit correctly and you don't risk tearing the material.

i bought one and the poles on the bottom started to rust ihad to replace them with plastic tubing it worked fine. the chair has letf blkmarks in the bottom of the spar. the steam is really nice but they need to fix these two problems kevin

Been using 3-4 times a week for 2 months now. Plenty of space for 1 person, heats up in approx 10 mins. It’s perfect for my needs, no complaints. I suggest having the back wall against a wall, so you can lean back in a chair

I don't like to give bad reviews it worked great for a month and a half then the heater stopped working so I really can't say anything positive about it, but I really did enjoy it for a short time.

Luv it dearly! I had spinal surgery and paralysis symptoms on my right side. The steam deeply penetrates my muscles and nerve tissues and allow my muscles tissues to relax and expand. It clears my lungs so I can breath freely. I sweat out the salt and impurities out and I feel awesome. This is a great buy. I wasnt to keen on going back to 24ftns right now in their steam rooms.
