Update after three months of use.

Update Wayfair customer service was phenomenal, truly heard me when I told them about the issues with the chair, and agreed to send us a new chair.

Reclining glider chair

I’ve had this chair for 2 months now with my new born and love it. It’s super comfortable, rocks really easy and reclines nicely. I’ve fallen asleep on it many times too. I haven’t used the charger feature so I cannot speak to that. There is quite a loud click when you put the foot rest back in from the reclined position, but it has never woken my sleeping baby up. You have to physically pull the footrest in with your legs when in the reclined position, but it’s not difficult to do. I’m 5’8 and find the height great, the head rest goes about to the top of my neck so I can still rest my head. The arms are low enough for a long baby to have their legs go across, but I currently prop a pillow under my arm to lift my baby.

Absolutely awesome experience, this was the first item we bought from Wayfair.

Product arrived very damaged. The shipping box was fine and it looked fine while unboxing. Wasn't noticeable until trying to assemble. The frame of the back rest was cracked and the foot rest won't work -- it won't come in and out. Metal base has visible scratches. It's a bit smaller than I expected. Fabric is nice and soft.

It’s just okay! I like that it swivels and rocks. The chair is very stiff, not very cozy. My biggest issue is when returning the chair from a reclined position to a seated position, it is a bit difficult. Also it makes a decently audible sound when clicking back into place. Not the most ideal for a nursery. Happy to have it, but would not repurchase or recommend for purchase especially for the price.

The chair is cute but thats about it. It is hard, has no lumbar support. The back is rather short so if you are taller than 5'4" your head is probably not going to be comfortable. The footrest does not open properly whatsoever, so if you are rocking or nursing your baby, good luck trying to get the footrest open. The chair is so stiff. It is easy to put together but a million percent not worth the money in my opinion and I wish I could return it without paying an arm and leg in shipping it back.

I was hesitant to buy this due to mixed reviews. But went against my gut. the arm rests sit very low. I feel I need a pillow to be comfortable. The recliner sticks when trying to pop it out. And hopefully you have strength when trying to pop the recliner back in because it takes brute force. Not the easiest task when breastfeeding at 3AM. Also, it leans back but it doesnt stay leaned back. And its really hard to keep it in a leaned back position. I have to stick burp rags on both sides of the arm rests so it catches the back of the chair from springing forward on me. I would NOT not recommend this chair to any new parent.

Just received yesterday. So far so good, the colour is slightly lighter than photos but that’s what I was hoping for! We did have some difficulty getting the back to click in properly to the base, but assembly was easy otherwise. It is comfortable, it’s more firm than soft (which I prefer). Delivery was earlier than expected which is always a bonus!

Very firm. Will need a lumbar pillow to sit in comfortably. Material is very nice. It is roomy. Easy to assemble. However, the rocking mechanism is very noisy! Why would you want a rocket that makes so much noise? Reclining mechanism is okay, but somewhat jerky. It's not too bad to put the footpad down if you lean forward and use your body weight, but it is difficult to get it to lock back into place. You have to give it a good, strong strike. I am 5'3" and need to make sure I have my heels just right on the foot pad in order to get enough power to make it lock. My grandson will be born next week. I'm not sure if this chair will hold him or be returned. I'll let his mom decide. But as the purchaser, I'm disappointed. She spent a lot of time searching for the chair she thought would be perfect.
