not working after 2 weeks. it was used in an office every other day and it failed to come on. it only flashes red lights and beeps.

I have owned several PURE products over the years. Most recently, I had an oil diffuser that stopped working properly (though when it was working, it was a great product). I emailed PURE customer service, who promptly replied and offered to send me a replacement, although I no longer had my proof of purchase. No questions asked. With great products and great customer service, PURE is a company I will continue to support with my future purchases.

I love this diffuser. It is super quiet and you can turn off the lights so nothing is lit up at night as you are trying to sleep.

it’s plastic

was very surprised when I opened the box and saw that it was made of a cheap plastic. The picture looked like it was a beautiful wood tone. I will say that it works well and does the job.

Fantastic product

I like the design & nightlight color effect. I thought it would be too bright for bedside table but it’s perfect. Very quiet and soothing. My favorite feature is the automatic shut off when the water is gone.

Best Diffuser Ever

I was recently gifted two of these as I suffer with allergies and when they are nothing short of amazing. I love them they blow a good amount of air, are very quiet and I love the color changing of them. I would definitely keep this in my home forever.

Great customer service and product !

I really like this humidifier but it stopped working on me. I’ve been pretty stressed out lately because of work and this humidifier truly help relaxes me. I tried to find another one to replace this one but nothing beats this humidifier. The mist is strong and it gives off a great scent when I use my essential oils. So I took matters in my own hands and called customer service to see if they can do anything to assist me. They answered promptly ! Which was amazing because I know a lot of place would have had me on hold for at least 30 minutes. They even gave me an option to replace it ! I’m very happy with the customer service and the product overall. I’m looking forward to using this humidifier again!

Outstanding Customer Support and Service!

I received this diffuser as a housewarming gift a couple years ago. I loved my diffuser and I used it multiple times. Sadly, I noticed the LED stopped working a few months later. I didn't have a gift receipt for the item so I didn't bother trying to fix it. Shortly after, I faced a difficult time in my life and lost almost everything. The diffuser was one of the few items I kept with me. A week ago, I was using the diffuser and I wanted to fix the LED issue. I contacted Pure to see if they could assist me with how to troubleshoot the issue. The representative was very supportive and they offered to provide me a replacement. I didn't expect them to ship a brand new diffuser! I was astonished with the outstanding customer service. I can't thank Pure and the representative enough for their act of kindness. Returned

I purchased essential oils from Macy's as well as this diffuser. I used the diffuser according to directions and there was no scent. Thinking it was the essential oils, I bought very expensive ones at a local store, but still no scent. It is on its way back to Macy's now.
