This pillow wasn't jumbo and it did go flat

I disliked the product. It's suppose to be jumbo and they say it doesn't go flat. The pillow wasn't jumbo and it definitely goes fast, false advertisements!!! I need my money back

It's not for me. I don't like my head to sink into a pillow. Definitely good quality!

These pillows are amazing for the price. I would buy them again. They fluff up so nicely too. I bought the jumbo ones and use them for my queen size bed and they work out great in my pillow shams

This pillow is flimsy and does not hold.shape and gives little support. I willnever buy a serta pillow again

Fabulous pillow lush and comfortable

Good pillow. Holds its shape soft and fluffy. As expected. Works great as a support pillow as it isn't floppy at all. You can't really notice any crunchyness from the feather content.

Stitching coming apart after only 1 month

Seam is coming undone and the down is spilling out. Very disappointed

Serta down illusion pillows

We are always searching for great pillow. These are wonderful especially for a side sleeper. The added bonus is that you can wash them. Thank you Serta!

Love them

These pillows are perfect density for me. I can sleep on my side, as well as on my back very comfortably. I sleep on one for over a year now, and it looks and feels still like new.

Nice Pillow

Pillow is very nice. At first I thought it would be too soft and go flat when slept on. It took me about a week to get used to it. My prior pillow was the latex kind. I decided to switch back thinking this wasn’t the pillow for me, well it is the pillow for me. I’m a side sleeper and do really love this pillow. One month now, still loving it with no issues.

Nice pillow with soft filling

Nice pillow. The filling remains soft and doesn't bunch up like some pillows. It is a high pillow, which is good for me as a side sleeper. It has settled a little with use, but is easily fluffed, which I usually do every night anyway.

Not as firm as I want it. Unfortunately I returned it!! Maybe it’s not for me because I like firmer pillows. Otherwise, it’s a good quality pillow.

It cradles my neck and shoulders. Best pillow I have ever had.

So after owning two of these for a couple years now, I wanted to finally leave an honest review… Everyone is different, so I won’t advise others. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. The pillows are perfect for my Husband and I. We sleep primarily on our sides… switch to our backs, and I also sleep on my stomach.
