Comfortable/Attractive but Poor Quality/Assembly

Had the chair a little under a month now. Very comfortable for me (smaller guy) and feels great on my back and seated area.But the product feels poorly assembled and mixture of good and bad quality materiel.Small plastic accent pieces falling off, bolt missing from arm rest and many pieces popping as I shift and lean.It's tough to dislike a chair so comfortable but doubt I would get again without improvements in those areas.If you get one assembled well and lasts, than you will enjoy this chair.

Now that I'm working from home, this has been a lot more comfortable and healthier for me.

Not what I expected ted

I searched a long time to find s chair with a high back. This one looked as thought it did but after assembly it does not. Very disappointed. Wish I could return it but it is assembled now.

Good for about a year, maybe two.

The chair is nice, after a while the padding gets worn down and the worst part is the pleather covering starts to peel apart and go everywhere. Like others say in their reviews, the pieces are EVERYWHERE. Had I known, I wouldn't have purchased a vinyl covered office chair. If only I could find chair covers that fit it - it might last me another year.

Extremely comfortable

My husband and I bought this chair for our office. The height is adjustable so we were able to find the perfect match for our desk. The material is soft and extremely durable making using it for hours ideal. We opted to remove the arms of the chair so that it will fit snugly underneath the desk and I haven't missed them!

Great Starter Chair!

This chair is sooo comfy and I had it for years but my main issue is that the leather on it started peeling after a while and I had it for around 9 years. The chair itself is good quality but there is constant leather pieces everywhere.

OK if you like to sit on the floor

After about 2 1/2 years this chair is constantly sinking nearly to the floor. It will not stay up. Don't waste your money. I believe this is a common problem with Serta Office chairs.

Uncomfortable

Chair is nice and sturdy. However, it is a bit uncomfortable. Being a Serta I expected much better. Other Serta chairs I have used were "cloud like". This one, not so much. Wish they would have had one in a nearby store so I could have tried it out first. Bought based on brand. My fault.

Good Office Chair

This chair meets or exceeds the demands of the individual it was purchased for. It was easy to assemble, and the directions for use were comprehensible.

Easy to assemble and comfortable

Took me only 15 minutes to put it together. It is a great chair for the price. I've purchased more expensive chairs that weren't nearly as nice as this one.
