WORST NIGHT SLEEP

This is the ABSOLUTE worst mattress i have ever slept on or owned. I have had it only 5 days and every day i wake up with a horrible backache! The middle of the mattress is permanently sunken in and it feels like i am sleeping in a hammock. The thing is crushed in the middle and i only weigh 105 lbs. I always had soft mattresses but this is ridiculous. Cheapest materials ever! The sides are higher than the middle now and i have no choice but to return it. U will be forced to pay a ridiculous re-stocking fee! I am so unhappy this is not right. DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS. U WILL BE SORRY!

Worst Mattress EVER!

I only had this mattress for about a month and a half. It sags in the middle. Yes, I even bought a box set underneath for better support. No, I don't weigh that much. It was a waste of money. I had another mattress for a long time, and I regret throwing it out. I was trying to replace it because I thought this mattress would be better. Don't waste your money on it.

I am seeking lawsuit for the back pain this caused

This bed seems refurbished. Within the first week of owning the 15’ plush pillow top, the center of the bed caved in and never in my life have I seen the bed top material come up, almost like water damage, yet this bed has had no damage so this tells me someone has this bed before and returned it. I am actively looking into a lawsuit for all the back pain it’s caused me.

Disapointed

Bought The Serta as it has a fine reputation. My previous bed was a Sterns and Foster and there is a significant difference. When researching which a mattress to buy, I did not want a too soft bed or a too hard one. This showed on the graph that it was somewhere in the middle. I find it much too soft and it sinks when I get in it. Difficult turning. But saying all that, it's decent...just not my favorite.

Brutal on your back and side after a few days

I am not sure what the problem is, maybe the coils are faulty, maybe the manufacturing assembly process was faulty, when you sleep over the mattress it feels very soft and cushy, when you wake up and try to move it feels like someone separated your parts of your rib cage and back plates and glued them back togther, the pain starts from mild to intolerable in the next few days. I have slept on older generic mattresses that were more kind. I also tried the Serta firm mattress and it was the same problem. I dont know if this is a Serta issue or if all mattresses nowadays are being furnished with coils that are much stiffer and are not designed for sleeper spinal support. The coils move alright but they move too much making back support and spinal side sleeping damaging to your body.
