Good loveseat

This loveseat was a bit heavy, so I had to remove from the box and bring it into my home piece by piece. It was very manageable by myself. I purchased this loveseat for my 10 year olds bedroom.

For the price I can’t complain too much. This loveseat is a great option for a home that has occasional visitors. Do not buy it if you want it to last for years. It’s not one of those pieces of furniture that you can get comfortable in and watch a movie. My husband assembled it for me so I wasn’t able to see the framing but he told me that it seemed pretty cheap. The back rest has a seam between the left and the right and it seems to bow out there, and the back rest is low, so we have to prop a pillow behind our head for comfort.

We've only had it assembled for 30 minutes, but so far we're very happy!

The cushions come vacuum packed and they are wrinkled. After several days there is no difference or improvement in the wrinkles. Makes the sofa look very cheap. Not happy with this purchase.

Flimsy back cushions ruin what otherwise is a decent sofa for the money..

Surprisingly easy to assemble. Did it by myself in around an hour.

Not an easy task to assemble this one. Also, the backs are wrinkled - don't know if that ever straightens out. Does anyone know why the back flaps have Velcro at the bottom that cannot possibly fit to the strip they have underneath. A little disappointed as I thought I'd get better quality with Serta :(

Beautiful, comfortable and just the size I wanted.

Chairs look great, but every single chair had at least two holes with staples in them.

RC the back cushions didn’t expand or plump up. Aside from that, it’s a great loveseat.

Beautiful couch that is on the smaller side for tight spaces! Fabric is soft and a beautiful shade of grey. Any pillows you add will look outstanding!

Easy to assemble. Perfect for small spaces.

Just like the mattress

The quality is just like the mattresses that they make. Great! The box is a bit heavy but with help, it is very manageable. I was surprised how compactly they packed it into one box. The instructions were clear and well documented. I put together the sofa and a loveseat in one hour. The material took a day or two to look less wrinkled and a quick steam on a few spots made them better. I like the color that I got-buttercream. It is less bright than a true white and less boring than beige. It goes well with so many colors that I already have. It is a classic color that is not stuffy or off putting. The rolled arms are at just the right height and the back is taller than many of the other choices. I like to lean back when I watch tv and this was perfect. They are easy to vacuum under and they scoot easy when I want to move them. I like that you can vacuum under the cushions to easily and that the fabric clean well if you have a spill. The only thing I had to work on was getting the back flap to lay nicely. It is secured with velcro and I tried aligning the strips to have a nice flat back. I never really found that so I had to move the cloth to accomodate the lack of alignment. I would like to see a better application in the future.

Came in full of wrinkles

This couch is ok. It's definitely smaller than I had thought - cushion depth is smaller than I had hoped. It was pretty easy to put together. My only main complaint is that it's super light and slides a lot. I was hoping that once I put the couch on carpet it would solve that. It didn't. Any suggestions on how to get the couch not to slide would be great.

Perfect

This is the second sofa of this style that I have purchased. It is easy to assemble and firm enough to comfortably hold a person of about 200 lbs without "sinking" into the frame. It has held up nicely, even with my two large dogs enjoying it! If I need another sofa, I will buy this one again.
