The couch itself is fine.

I purchased this on July 12, 2024. Was told my delivery date was July 26. I tried to track this- but no luck. Arrived home at 8pm on July 18 to find 2 large boxes on my front lawn. It was the couch. I had no notification via text or email. I am a single female senior citizen and was lost as to how these were going to get up the stairs into my home. I was prepared for the July 26 delivery. I called customer service and they had no knowledge these had been deliverd. He was concerned that my visa had not been charged and that he needed to cancel the July 26 delivery. He told me the only help he could provide was a 100.00 refund. Well that has not happened… nor have I heard from anyone regarding this error. I’d like my 100.00 since it cost me that much to find someone the next day to bring it into my home. Love to hear from Office Depot! Less

Uncomfortable

Really stiff, shorter than advertised. Low back. Poo quality. cost you more to return than purchase.

Most uncomfortable couch I've ever owned. The recliner is terrible. I can't believe I paid what I did for this product.

Not what I thought it was

This is a small sofa - which fit our space nicely. Wish the back was a little higher. Serta cushions with firm support that are cushy and comfortable. Even my stubborn husband liked this sofa!

Not worth the money.

Not worth the money and I bought it on sale. Thought Serta would make a decent couch, I was wrong. Easy to put together but doesn't seem sturdy, especially the arms. Super firm cushions. The storage is nice. The back of the reclining side doesn't match up with the other 2 sections. I'm 5'6 and think this couch it too small. I should have paid better attention to the measurements.

Comfortable. Light weight made it easy for it to be moved to upstairs rec room. Only negative is the back cushions are not wide enough to cover the complete back of the couch. Had to add throw pillows to cover the bare spaces. 

just got my sofa,itlooks great!! hope it works for my small space.

just what I was looking for

perfect size for the room, sturdy and sits up high, so not having problem with getting off it.

Ok but probably will replace

This couch has a very low back. I am not very tall but find it uncomfortable for my neck and shoulders. Also, not really a recliner more of just a foot rest.The storage is nice.

Worked well for a few weeks then the mechanism for the recliner stopped working. Had to lift the couch to reattach it several times.

It’s a great sofa and comfortable but it’s a little short when you use the recliner if it was like two more inches it would be perfect. Other then that we love it

Not at all happy with this purchase. Received in a beat up box that item could not be returned in because it was falling apart, received wrong COLOR...box said OATMEAL which is what I ordered but the couch is BEIGE! Guy putting it together found a rip in back of chaise lounge. I kept wrong color couch for a discount & because no box to return it and got an additional discount for the rip. A week in to owning this BEIGE couch, I now have 4 noticeable stains.....reason for not wanting beige. They wouldn't show on the oatmeal one. They were prompt in getting me the discounts.

Im extremely disappointed. Parts are loose. Hardware of recliner exposed. Designed and made for very small people. Snag in material. Zero shoulder and back support. Now I have to go through the hassle of a return and find my own boxes, etc. to return, as boxes were too damaged to reuse. I thought SERTA was a reputable name brand. Reminds me of a made in CHINA ruse which is made for small humans. Not recommended.

The recliner is a little small but it works for me

Smaller than expected, quality is average or below. I will keep it because it’s to hard to return but if seen in a furniture store I never would have bought it. I have 3 stars because it was super easy to put together.

Well made. Fits my space perfectly. The back is a little low for bigger people and like other reviewers stated, the recliner is designed for smaller people (like 5'5" or shorter. Cushions are very firm, but it's new so they will probably soften up. All-in-all, not bad. Suited my needs. Just not sure it's worth $1200.00 more like $700 for sure.
