I would recommend the product for the price but not so much for comfort. It is soft and it is worth the price but we do have a hard time getting out of it in the morning. It will sink down and you almost have to climb out of it. We have a new mattress that was a tad too firm so we bought this to soften but may be a little too soft.

Very comfortable, helps a lot! My cat knew something was different about the bed, she was walking funny on it, and trying to dig to see what it was! She and I have gotten used to it, and love it!

Cooling Coppergel Memory foam mattress topper

It appears to be soft but not cooling. My hubby and I still sweat. I really don’t know what the copper is suppose to do for us.

I never want to leave my bed!

I never want to leave my bed! I have severe insomnia and this mattress topper has made it so incredibly comfortable and easy for me to sleep! It’s like sleeping on a cloud. My back and hips, which are normally in pain constantly, have not hurt once since putting the topper on my bed. It’s comforting and cooling.

I love this topper

This topper turned my hard as a rock extra firm mattress into a joy to be on. It fit perfectly and I did not have to wait long for it to expand fully. There is no odor to this topper either. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Good nights sleep at last

This is our 2nd one. Got one for an uncomfortable futon in guest room. Dramatic improvement there! Was so nice, got one for ourselves too! So comfy! Slept like a baby.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

I can't believe serta would not only put their name on this, but charge $135 for it. there is nothing gel like, or nothing memory foam like. I can't even describe what this chunk of material is. every time I try to upload the picture everything I've already written is gone and I have to start over. it's just an unevenly cut lump of stink. if I have to throw this in the back seat of my truck and haul it into Walmart in a shopping cart, I will get my money back. do not buy this crap. anyone who wrote a 5 star review is lying. they must have been paid.

Comfortable But HOT!

Disappointed. Mattress is comfortable, however there is one thing it is NOT. That is cooling. In fact, it is so hot I can only sleep with just a sheet over me. I have to throw everything else off. Even with one blanket, I wake up after an hour or two absolutely roasting. The mattress topper is UNDER the mattress pad, so I am not sleeping directly on it. I normally sleep with two blankets. This needs to be called thermal, NOT cooling!

I bought this topper for my daughter's dorm bed. She said it is plush and super comfortable. It has just the right thickness and the quality is excellent. Highly recommended!

Worthless! Waste of money! Don’t buy!

What’s the point! It bottoms out, back laying in the in the sunken hole in my mattress. Wish I had used the money towards a new mattress!

Extremely soft, hurt my back, but good quality

I got the 3inch and it was INCREDIBLY soft. It may work for some people if they like to have a soft surface to sleep on, but I have back problems and it made my back worse. I probably need to go with just a 1.5 inch or something. Other than that, it came NOT in a nice vacuum sealed bag or anything, instead, it came wrapped tightly in Saran Wrap the the top and bottom exposed so the exposed part was a darkened color. It seemed like it may have been a returned item. But, it seemed like it was very good quality and like I said, if you prefer a soft bed, this would probably be perfect for you.

I love my Serta 2" memory foam matteess topper. i bought a mattress that was too firm. Adding the Serta topper makes it so comfy. it doesn't have a cover, so I bought a mattress cover that has wide pockets. it is a great buy.

Kinda hard to get out of box myself, so needed my husband to help. We quickly let it poof up and air out landed on couch. We put on top our quilted top mattress and fit perfectly. Used our deep pocket fitted sheets to cover. Actually has a conforming mold to your bodies. When laying down, noticed after few nights, less restlessness. Did seem to help my husband's back pain tremendously. My shoulder didn't wake me up throbbed, while a peaceful nights rest, was wonderful. Worth every penny if no aches and pains after 2 weeks sleeping on.

The mattress topper arrived quickly and I was very impressed with the packaging. It was in a reusable bag that zips up. The box it arrived in was adorable too. There are little sheep on the inside of the box. The topper took about 24 hours to fully expand. It is a nice basic mattress topper. It is very comfortable and did not have a strong chemical smell which was nice. I used it on the bed in my spare room that wasn't very comfortable and now it is so much more comfortable!

First of all I’m glad we got to try this in the winter first before the summer, because I slept pretty warm. Makes me worry about the summer coming up though. We might have to remove it. It wasn’t very cooling, but all we had was a sheet on it, not mattress protector. Both me and my boyfriend are warm sleepers, just so you know.

This Serta mattress topper is great! We tried it out on a queen air mattress we had to use. It was slightly larger than our queen air mattress and hung over the edges. Upon taking it out of the box, it is extremely compressed. The instructions say to let it expand over 24-48 hours. We didn't have that long, so I found a trick: gently shake the topper from various sides and gently stretch. It expanded within 20 minutes! Deep pocket sheets fit fine, and we even had a mattress pad on, too. Unlike other toppers, this one did not have any weird odor!

I have owned memory foam mattress toppers quite a few times so it’s not my first time reviewing one. It is the first time I’ve used anything copper infused. I have read about it and since I commonly have lower back pain figured it was worth a try. The memory foam mattress is definitely nice. It doesn’t retain a lot of heat, added nice padding to the mattress. The copper I couldn’t tell a difference. Maybe it works for some people, but it didn’t for me. I don’t see the reason to spend the extra for copper infused and would buy it again as a regular memory foam mattress topper. They make some good ones and they last.

This is my first mattress topper so I wasn't sure what to expect. When I received it it was all rolled up in a convenient carrying bag. It was easy to pull out and you just put it on your bed and put your sheets over it and you're ready to go. My sheets fit pretty easily over it. I was pleasantly surprised at what a difference it made to my bed, it is very comfortable to lay on. I find the anti microbial aspect of it to be quite comforting as well.

We don't have a lot of space so our guest bed is simply a futon, and obviously it's not very comfortable. Adding this pad to it makes it much more tolerable. At 3 inches thick is definitely gives you some much needed padding and the cooling effect will be great during the summer, although during these winter months (when the guest room doubles as our "sick room" I feel like I might appreciate less of that. This topper is definitely not the solution t all of your uncomfortable bed problems, but it will make you a bit happier after a night of sleeping on an old futon with a sick kid.
