MISLEADING DESCRIPTION: These are NOT reversible cushions. The backs of the cushions are black mesh and cannot be reversed. BEWARE this comes in a very heavy box and needs to be assembled. I was not able to assemble it myself. When I called the toll free number for product support everyone was on vacation and wouldn't be available for four days. Good that all the parts and pieces were there or we wouldn't be able to get them quickly. It looks okay, not very high quality or substantial. You get what you pay for is still true today. I wouldn't have purchased this is I had known what I know now.

DO NOT BUY! The name "Serta" in no way reflects the pathetic cushions that, in 2 months, are sagging and offer no support. Cheaply made but the price is far too much for this poor quality. I was anxious to avoid a $* loveseat and felt confident in the Serta brand. I have learned my lesson. I feel as if I have flushed * bucks down the drain. I am frankly of the belief that any furniture of real quality is so expensive as to be beyond the means of the majority of us. Blistered by this crappy purchase.

Really love this loveseat. Very comfortable and itfits perfect in our RV.

Good item for the price

Comes in a single box and easy to assemble without tools. Good quality item at this price point. The back flap is leather and just needs to be stretched a little to attach tightly to velcro. The seat and back cushion material puffs up when the packages are opened and needs to be properly put inside the casings. So, if you do it right it'll look great. I did need to add some extra filling to make it look best but I'm very satisfied.

I needed some kind of extra seating and found this loveseat. Pretty happy with it

Disappointed in a short time

This couch was very easy to put together and well-packed. However after less than a month, the fabric is pilling from regular use. A couch is meant to be sat on. I can't flip the cushions over because of the design.

Cheaply made - I do not like it at all

My wife and I are satisfied with the uposterey and it was easy to put together.

I love it! It is a little wrinkly when you first take it out of the box and put it together (as seen in the photo), but don’t let that deter you, it will smooth out overtime! It is comfy, and has a nice, rich brown color. It is nicely firm, so you won’t sink in the chair, but still soft and comfy, so you are still comfortable! I love the back cushion as well, because it supports your back and it feels nice and soft. I love this sofa!

Issues with top pillows and back

Nice loveseat, but the pillows on the top will not stay up in place. Also, the back fabric has Velcro that is supposed to be tucked under the bottom, middle, and sides. However, they will not stay in place no matter how much pressure or attempts to stretch the fabric to meet the Velcro. Therefore, we are going to have to use furniture tacks to be certain that the fabric stays in place underneath the loveseat. We will also have to sew in Velcro on the top to be sure that the pillows (on the top of loveseat) will not sag or at least support our backs.

Poor design, back cushions do not stay in place. Back cover does not cover entire couch. Very disappointing
