Easy to assemble. Quite comfortable. Would purchase again.

This couch is SO uncomfortable and the cushions don’t fit well. If I sat in the middle of the couch, I’d sink to the bottom and fall between the cushions. It only lasted me a year before I had to replace it and everyone who came over complained about how uncomfortable it was. It does look cute though.

After looking at sooo many sofas and reading review after review I finally picked this one. I measured to make sure it would fit and discovered it would work. Putting it together was another story since I did it alone and having a knee injury made it kinda tough. Anyway, the color is nice but, it has more blue tones to it. Plus, the cushions you sit on are ALOT firmer than I thought. Regardless, it is a nice piece despite there weren't any toss pillows I saw with others reviews of this piece. How can I get what's due me and was missing (toss pillows)?? *******UPDATE******** Can't recall the exact date...but, I inquired about the toss/throw pillow that was included in this purchase (so the listing had stated). Was told it not included and the listing would be changed. So far......no changes despite others reviews showed pillows that just happened to match the color of their sofa...hmmmmm interesting. Anyway, I was given a discount which I was glad to get. But, still...my past experiences if a listing on the internet shows a lower price or includes something with a purchase....the seller is obligated. So, that being what it is.....what started out as having 3 stars now has only 2. Less

Had defective cushion had to replace. Not what I thought it would look like. Looks inexpensive. Good for dorm room or first apartment.

Pretty comfortable a little softer than I expected but comfortable hopefully the wrinkles in the fabric come out soon.You have to stuff the cushions yourself not too hard but seats are confusing I put them in backwards. It says front on the backside but it slanted down and looked terrible I reversed and now fit perfectly!

works well. great value/ comfortable... really a bit better than expected but not luxury comfort, but at that price should not expect that. Looks great and serves the purpose

Not very comfortable and you have to remove all of the cushions on the back if you want to lay down.

Well, it looks nice.But, can’t put it together with Missing Parts!Off to the hardware store, extra cost, to put my piece together!

We are having our house painted so we have not taken the sofa out of the box yet. The box was damaged when we got it but hopefully, everything in the box will not be damaged. Cannot rate at this time.Now that we have used it for a few years, I would not buy this again. It is not comfortable at all and I am having an issue with the seat cushions.

Put together with my neighbor - we're both over 70. Pretty easy. The sofa is small but looks fine in my small house. Comfy so far . Good color.

The back rest is easily removable, it is not attached to the backrest and has no Velcro to help stay in place.

My son was able to put the couch together by himself with no issues. Seams to be comfortable, only thing he says is a bit annoying is that the back pillows keep falling forward.

Unpacking very heavy one square box it was very obvious SERTA sent me a sofa that was actually a RETURNED SOFA and resold to me !!! The color is not cream white it’s a dirty looking grayish tan and assembly is a NIGHTMARE the cushions need to be stuffed into the cushion covers that turn out to look lumpy and one foam cushion sits lopsided on the sofa ! BIG Mistake buying this worthless sofa with no returnable options because to get the sofa out of the box you have to destroy the tiny box it’s STUFFED IN !!! I’m too ashamed to keep this lumpy lopsided looking sofa in my living room ! WARNING DO NOT BUY THIS SOFA and SHAME ON SERTA for ripping people off selling this RETURNED JUNK !!!!
