I love this dining room, I have it for 2 years, I only had to replace 2 chairs that got stained

Terrible quality - broke immediately (DO NOT BUY THESE)

I hate to review something with the preface of "do not buy" but I have to do so with these chairs. We hosted a dinner party and had 4 of the 6 chairs crack on the portion below the back and along the bottom of the chair. Absurd and unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing these unless they are only for show and not for use.

For the chairs to be so expensive they are poorly made. 3rd time I've had to replace a leg on 3 different chairs.

Chairs do not last!

These chairs are very pretty and large, but they do not last! We have had the chairs for one year and 5 days and have had to tighten all chair legs every few weeks. Out of 6 chairs, many of the legs are loose and we have had to add glue to hold in the metal screws to the chair leg. Two of the legs recently split down the chair leg which caused the screws to become loose and fall out of the leg making it impossible to reattach. I called NFM customer support yesterday and was told that the manufacturer warranty is for one year. I was asked to email in photos of the chair legs so that the customer service agent could show her supervisor. Because I am 5 days past the warranty, they will not replace the legs and I will have to pay for them myself. Pretty frustrating because we have spent thousands on furniture from NFM for our home.

Beautiful and comfortable chairs

I am so happy with these chairs. They are a darker color than I expected, but it is a nice gray-taupe color. It’s very neutral and still goes with my other cream colored chairs. They are also very comfortable- firm, but comfortable to sit in.

The chairs are sturdy. Easy to put together. Overall good quality for the price. Seem to be comfortable as well. One chair had mesh not attached at the bottom. May have been pulled away from the staples so be careful not to make the same mistake.

If ever needed again YES.

We ordered to match a table from a different vendor. We were to match up perfectly. Could not have asked for a better chair for our dineing room. The table that came with the chairs was 84" long, too long for our dineing room. We went with a 60" round. I preferred NFM table , just too long .

Love these chairs! They were very simple to assemble and seem to be very sturdy.

caution on the chairs

I never write a review but will on these chairs. They are not constructed well. We have had 3 chairs to break (legs). Had Nebraska Furniture to come out and take a look. Complaint filed with manufacturer. We were able to return with a 10 % restocking fee. I feel we should not have been charged 10 % restocking fee since the quality of the chairs are so bad. The table is wonderful.
