Not Walnut

This chair states it is walnut but the product box says cherry, and the product is indeed a cherry finish. Even after I sent pictures of the box that states it is cherry the houzz and company say that I received the correct item. The overall look it nice, but it is very uncomfortable. The seat is not cushioned as it appears... it is more like a fabric with a flexible piece of plastic underneath. I was a designer for 10 years, and this is not worth the money.

You know you've reached DIY designer status when your PARENTS copy your style. My dad was so impressed the Gasha Chair that he muttered, if I knew it was going to look like THAT, I would've told your mother to order a second one. If you knew my dad, you'd realize this was his way of giving his the of approval. Of course, my mother jumped on it before he could finish the sentence. She asked me to order another one for her on my computer (she's deathly afraid of those things!).
