Quality

Would like anyone that is considering purchasing these chairs that they are very poor quality and very difficult to assemble. Would have liked to have seen them first, but no Bed Bath and Beyond in my area.

Counter stools

Very difficult to put together. Very wobbly once put together. Not a great product ☹️

Hard to install; can’t return: looks cheap

Installing the chair becomes really difficult at the end of the installation process (you have to get everything on the whole chair lined up just right for the screws to fit), and when we tried to return the chairs because we didn’t want to try building more chairs with the same issues, we were told returns weren’t possible. I guess the manufacturer will only replace parts deemed failures.

Love These

I bought these stools to replace a set of similar looking wooden ones. These are much more stable and not as clunky as the wooden stools. I added a non-slip chair pad and I’m loving the look and the comfort. Assembly wasn’t too bad, just be sure not to tighten any screws until everything’s all put together.

These barstool are amazing, I love that they are cost effective and have that high end look without the high end price. Happy I purchased these.

Excellent Quality

Excellent quality, especially for the price. They were easy to put together and look just like the pictures online. These were the perfect addition to our kitchen.

These stools are beautiful in person. They were a little difficult to put together because the screws don’t seem long enough to catch the threading but we figured it out

Manufacturing/quality control problem

Average quality. Difficult to assemble since holes don't match up perfectly. My husband managed to use brute force to pull the soft metal in to place. I would have returned the bar stools but he made it work. You get what you pay for.

Look great! Seem sturdy and well made. Since the chairs are metal the seats get cold in the morning(live in the midwest), so will need to get cushions.

Great Chairs for the price! I just WISH they had a swivel option but other than that exactly as expected & pictured!
