Great value with some quirks

Overall these are nice chairs, pretty sturdy and a good design. There are three flaws I encountered, which if you're able to overcome these are a great deal.

They look pretty and good size. I like the color. They are counter top height which is perfect for my island. But their were wrong legs for both chairs.. I requested the right parts and they will send new parts. But it will have to wait another week or longer..

Beautiful stools!

These stools are a lovely clean design. Fairly simple to assemble. They are a very, very, dark brown, not black in color. We keep going back to purchase additional stools. So far we own eight.

I love these stools! They are comfortable and sturdy and they were easy to assemble. They absolutely fit the clean, contemporary look I was striving for. I bought 2 sets of the counter height stools. They definitely earned the 5 stars. I get compliments on them from friends and family. I strongly recommend these if you are looking for a well made,stylish, and comfortable stool.

We needed to have low back stools at the counter so we didn't block the kitchen view from the front door. We're happy with everything except my decision to get the taller bar not counter stools. I'll cut the two inches off myself. Thanks!

Just okay, not great

We are using these with a small table in our kitchen area. We wanted something low profile that looked slightly modern and would be comfortable. These seemed like they would work for us. The legs are stained a very dark brown (they aren't black like the product description states), and the fabric is a very light grey chenille type of fabric. The assembly on these was ridiculous. Pieces that are all slightly different are labeled as the same piece, one piece was even mislabeled...so pay close attention during assembly! The pilot holes on some of the pieces were off, and it was difficult to keep everything square. I especially hated that when screwing the seat top to the legs there are no pilot holes, so you have to have two people for this part to make sure that everything is sitting where you want it to. I would not buy these again, and I don't have high hopes for them remaining sturdy over time. Luckily, they won't be frequently used in our house, so maybe that will help them remain more long-lasting.
