very sturdy and comfortable

The cargo was packaged carefully. It was easy to assemble. Although it was missing nuts, it did not affect the assembly. The metal legs are very sturdy and the back support is excellent. The fabric color is very nice and can be wiped easily, but since the fabric material is too much polyester, it seems to be itchy when touched. Even though I don't like the fabric and the zipper detail on the back support, I can ignore it. I really liked the overall look and they look great on my table :)

Read and digest instructions !!!

I made a mistake in not reading the pictures properly. The legs are numbered 4 and 5. Simple yes?. No,, the legs are packed with 2×4's then 2×5's. not 1pair of 4 and 5 together. Quite a big mistake if you put 1 pair of 4's in the first build. Luckily for me, I was able to fix the problem. Very nice chairs, comfy too. Customer Services are keen to help too.

Chairs great but had problems with assembling them

We are very happy with the chairs. They are good quality and look great. We wanted chairs with arms so that my elderly parents could use the arms to push themselves up easily. The chairs are sturdy and do the job. We did have problems assembling the chairs though. First, the boxed parts did not come with an instruction manual. I had to go to the Costway website and talk to their customer service rep. They sent a PDF of the manual. Then, the labelling of the packages of screws and washers was wrong. We had to use some guess work to determine which screw or washer should be used. It took us some time to assemble the chairs (not the 10 minutes that the manual suggests!) but we are satisfied with the final product.

Just bought these chairs and they are really comfortable. It’s perfect for my daughter sit on to do her piano lessons! Overall, these feel nice and it’s pretty sturdy. Recommended!

Lovely dining chair set of 2

This is set of 2 dining chairs, they feature anti-slip foot pads prevent floors from scratch, very elegant look matches my furniture and my kitchen. The chairs are very sturdy and comfortable. The seats and backrest are filled with elastic sponges and covered with linen fabric to create superb resting space, the breathable linen fabric provides better air circulation instead of feeling of stuffy. Powder-coated metal frame is not easily to crack or rust for long-term use. And the reinforced bottom structure and anti-slip foot pads ensures good stability. The chair need self assemble which is very simple just following the instructions and the accessories which is included.

Watch out for how parts are marked--especially legs!

If I can get these chairs together they MAY be fine. But instructions and packaging are TERRIBLE. Legs are packaged in two at a time--it turns out it\'s two left sides packaged together and two right sides covered up and taped together, although one would assume that one package of two goes to one chair. Not so!! When you get the wrapping off (very difficult) you see the tiny numbers. I of course then installed two #5\'s on the first chair. Once installed, it\'s obviously wrong but the incorrect leg cannot (easily) be removed! There is a snapped notch that clicks into place. Perhaps if twisted the right way, it could be removed, but I don\'t have the strength or patience. I tried going to trouble shooting but no standard answers match this chair set. Of course, it\'s Friday night and you can\'t reach the manufacturer except business day hours! All they had to do was put the numbers on the OUTSIDE of the leg packaging and I would not have made this mistake! I will call Monday, but send back if I can remove the wrong side. What a pain! It\'s all about communication.
