two different colors

the two chairs were different colors. when i asked for a partial refund for the issue they said “it’s a target plus partner so we can’t give discounts” and i said ok can i talk to then partner directly and they said “no they will refer you back to us”. the only option is to return back to the store and order new chairs. i already took time to assemble these and they are fine enough. not worth the hassle but i would have liked some compensation for the issue. bad customer service.

They don’t come pre assembled but they are pretty simple to put together. They look nice. They are comfortable and feel solid. Overall a clean look. We are happy. We bought four and will likely buy two more for our six seat table.
