Missing Hardware

We received these stools and loved them, even though one of the stools was clearly used or at least assembled before. I could look past that, I could also look past 3 pieces of hardware missing from one of the stools. What I can’t look past is, that even after sending us an incomplete product the lack of effort by lumisource to get us the missing pieces. They went as far as sending measurements of the hardware and suggested I buy them myself. That isn’t my responsibility, I purchased the stools, I was sent an unfinished product, they refused to send the rest of the product.Because of this we will be returning the stools and will not consider Lumisource in the future.

Height didn't work

First, I love these bar stools and the style and color of the wood are perfect for my new kitchen. Unfortunately, they are too high. I actually thought I was ordering the counter height. So I had to take them back. I do appreciate the fact that I was able to take them to Target and not have to ship them back.

Great contemporary style. Solid made. Inconsistant wood quality.

Fully assembled...lift out of box and use! Non slip Adjustable levelers on legs are a great feature for tile floor. Clean style, comfortable seat, smooth swivel. I gave four stars because the wood quality has been so inconsistant. Had to return two, both had gashes in the seat back, one probably due to the scimpy padding during shipping. Replacement for one has a small divit and I will probably deal with it but
