to firm, have a neck injury and making it worst, can't really return, was shipped and vacuum packed in a bag and will never get it back in package.

A little on the firmer side but I’ve been sleeping great since I received them. Was a little worried at first normally I use super plush pillows but so far so great!

I had to take some of the stuffing out to make it perfect for me. I wish it was machine washable, after a while it gets compacted so I think washing it would help.

I had high hopes for these pillows but they are very uncomfortable, even after taking some of the foam out. The pillows are hard don’t provide what’s expected in memory foam. They are being returned today.

At first they were not what I expected. Very soft for a memory foam pillow. But overtime they’ve gotten firmer. I’ve have that for a little over 2 weeks now and they have grown on me.
