Screws don’t fit chair

I brought 4 of these chairs 1chair, the screws never fit properly so I couldn’t use that chair at all today another one of the chairs was loose because of the screws don’t fit or match when I tried to get in touch the first time NO Response at all

For the price the chairs are definitely worth purchasing. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the holes were not aligned so it took my husband 1/2 hour per chair to drill holes and get it level. Otherwise, they are very chic and comfortable.

Manufactur changed color

I bought these chairs previously and they were true white. This time they were off white! Terrible! Target was awesome with the return, I’d absolutely buy from target again but not this manufacturer. I have to buy all new chairs now because Baxton changed the definition of white. The attached photo has the new chair on top and my previous chair from same manufacturer and same model on bottom.
