cannot assemble
The swivel plates cannot be turned so the stools can't be assembled. I tried a hammer, WD-40, and screw drivers and nothing worked.
Poor delivery.
Package delivered in poor conditions. It was opened on both top n bottom and also stepped on. Sad, very sad.
I have not seen the product so I really can't judge the quality, but it is a price and I like what I have seen of the product on the website and would really like to have it if the issue of my refund can be resolved expeditiously.

Easy Assembly And Very Sturdy
It took a bit of time to put the 1st one together with the Allen wrench that was provided. After using it for the 1st one, I opted for my electric screwdriver and was over the moon assembling the other two. It was so easy and the directions were very clear and concise. They look great too! My only issue is my husband is 6'6" so his chair is set to countertop height and the other two are set to bar stool height. They are super easy to adjust though. Just know that they only have the option for countertop height and bar stool height. There's no in-between.
