I thought they'd be larger.
They look lovely, very classy. Although the dimensions are stated, they seem smaller when in your hand. Also, the "air tight" seal isn't really air tight. You twist & push the top down which has a small rubber gasket, sometimes you get it, sometimes you try 3 or 4x.

Elegant
We just remodeled my kitchen and I thought these would be the perfect addition to the decor. So I put my grandmother's old canister set away and replaced them with these beautiful, smaller canisters. The bamboo tops are perfect and overall they are just wonderful for the space I have.
