Damaged flute and not what was in the photo

I could only use 3 flutes for my birthday celebration as 1flute was received broken. The remaining flutes did not match the photo. I liked the spiral one the most and it wasn’t shipped. The cardboard box was barely taped, the glasses were packed in cardboard forms and I can see why it was received damaged.

Never Received Yet Charged - Told would be resent

Never Received Yet Charged - Told would be resent - NEVER HAPPENED - got a credit but said if I didn't return product the credit would be revoked. How can you return that which you never received? I have the email chat, but nothing came of it. I'm just looking to have what I ordered.

Mikasa flute glasses

I love these glasses, I smashed one of my previous glasses, unfortunately they do not sell them separately so had to buy a set, well, at least I have spares now.

I thought these would be like tall tumblers but they are tiny, you can hardly drink from them. Was disappointed.

I like the size and weight of these flutes, along with the fun design. They are a perfect complement to our growing collection of Cheers glassware.

For the most part these

For the most part these are great glasses, however the etching isn’t always consistent. Some of the etching is very light in spots especially in the thinned lined glasses. Suggest better quality control.

Even more beautiful in person

These are gorgeous glasses! Highly recommend. Had some issues with delivery but the Mikasa service agent was incredibly helpful! Pattern is stunning and they coordinate nicely with the other glasses in the Cheers pattern.

Pattern came off after first wash

I was so delighted to host the New Year party using the cheers flutes set, which was my first time using this set for this very special festive season. As this was the first time using, I washed the flutes with sponge (soft sponge, not the green part), but the pattern came off..... and even my guests noticed it. I am not sure if this is just me or if anyone has the same problem. Can anyone please share if you have the same issue? Thank you.

Damaged Package Upon Arrival

I just submitted my e-mail to you regarding package arriving damaged - three of the four glasses are broken. I hope to receive replacement or return of money. The one not damaged looks beautiful, but need more than one flute.

Unfortunate damage

This set wasn't available at my closest store, so I ordered it and picked it up at the store. I planned to give them as a gift. The box had been laid on its side in the shipping package, and one of the glasses was broken. The other 3 looked beautiful, however. I didn't have time to have them reordered, so I returned them and got other glasses.

Absolutely love!!

Adorable and sturdy and don't have to worry about getting your glass mixed up with someone else's. I get so many compliments on them. Bought them on a brilliant sale - sooo happy with them. Have the matching stemless wine glasses as well.

These flutes were exactly as advertised and then some.

I was very pleased with these flutes. They are even prettier than the pics and they arrived early and in perfect condition. A really great item for the price. I gave them as Christmas gifts and I would love to have them for myself after seeing them

Sophisticated wine glasses

The Mikasa line of Cheers wine and champagne glasses are a bargain. i have collected the entire line. They are lovely, light and durable. I use them every day and wash them in the dishwasher. On occasion i have broken a glass but it was almost always my fault. The patterns mix well with a number of style table settings or just on their own.

Love the entire line of clear cheers glasses

This entire line is fantastic. No question of whose glass is who’s after setting down your glass. It’s obvious they are a set but the uniqueness of each glass is just what you need when entertaining. High quality, wears well. I have all the different sets
