They are small but ok looking at a distance. Up close the stems are obviously plastic fakes but some colors are better than others.

I wasn’t going to write this review. I gave customer service a chance to make it right and did not want skew other’s opinions, hoping my emails would be resolved. Not only have my emails been given a response - I am still stuck with 4 broken clay vases and faux orchids no longer attached to the base. My package was completely damaged and I have requested a refund 2x. Please return my call and email. I am very disappointed with this purchase and my service.

Item was never delivered

I ordered these items at a promotional price. I believe it was half off. I received an email stating that the items were shipped. I did not receive the item and contacted customer service. I was told the original order was lost and another would be sent to me. Again, I waited several weeks and the order never arrived. I contacted customer service and they told me the order was lost (again). I’ve purchased many items from this company but I don’t think I will do business with them again. The item appears to be in stock. Perhaps they don’t want to honor the discounted price. It’s a shame because I was happy and would have recommended them to friends and family. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them and do not plan on ordering any more items from this company.

I was worried that they would be damaged in shipping BUT they were packaged really well, and I'm more than happy how pretty they look. They are bigger than I realized even though I saw the size of them when I ordered. SUPER PRETTY!!!!

Disappointed

These were beautiful however some of the flowers were missing. I thought they had fallen off and would be at the bottom of the box. I thought I would just glue them on but this did not happen. Thought they inspected orders before they were shipped. Very disappointed.
