Overall a good vacuum

It works well. It has good vacuum pressure. It's easy to empty the canister. It does tend to be a little heavy for elderly people to lift and the filters seem to be easy to replace.

Had less than a year. Motor died

HORRIBLE VACUUM!

Thought it I paid a little more for a vacuum that I would get an awesome product. I can ever finish vacuuming the house without it getting clogged and overheating. I dread having to vacuum now cause I know the bs I’m gonna have to go through. It is NOT good for animal hair at all! Never regretted a purchase as much as I regret this one.

Not worth the money!

This worked great until the belt broke. I had to go buy special torx bits to get to the belt then when I finally reassembled it the suction was somehow leaking by the filter. I would not deem this unit user friendly.

Picks up pet hair better than any other vacuum we’ve tried.

Stopped vacuuming

I did extensive research before buying this. It worked great for a few months and started losing suction. The self cleaning head worked pretty well but I did need to disassemble to clean it a couple times. I’ve had it <9 months and it completely stopped vacuuming.

Didn’t last

I initially loved this! It worked amazing at first. I have hard floors, but three large breed dogs, so I’m sweeping and vacuuming and mopping several times a week. Twice within the last week this vacuum has started making a weird smell while using it, and then just turned off. Thank God I had my old Bissel still in my basement. Less than a year and this one is done 😩

Love the extra large canister and hair free roller

The build quality seems in par with other Shark vacuums. Very easy to assemble and your up and running in no time without having to look for screwdrivers. A

Not that great.

I previously owned a Shark NV356E and absolutely loved it. That's why I decided to purchase this model, but I was disappointed. The suction power is weak, and the movement of the vacuum head is clunky and not user-friendly like my previous Shark vacuum. Maybe I got a dud, but I can't recommend this vacuum.

Worst vacuum I’ve ever owned

This vacuum has horrible suction, every tiny little thing it gets clogged in it. Worst purchase ever.

DO NOT ORDER IT WILL DIE!

This thing died completely after 5 uses!

Worked great the first two times. Then started making a horrible noise. Have checked again and again for clog to no avail.

Good for a little bit

I only had this Vacuum since August 2023 and now it’s June and it’s already unusable. It might work on hard floors but the brush just stopped spinning completely.

It's Good!

When I initially used this Shark, there was a burnt smell coming from the vacuum that had me a little worried about the belt!

Not worth it

Have only had this for 4 months and it has no suction anymore.

Would not recommend

Had this for less than a year and it just stopped working. Never used it on anything heavy duty.
