Didn't work as well as anticipated. My other steam mop beats this one by leaps and bounds and was far less expensive.

Glad I purchased extras I will be using this steamer regularly.

we have used the shark floor mop for years and we use the pads a lot and they wear out over time so it was nice to get some so quickly

Buy real Shark -generic doesn't match up at all

Don't buy anything but Shark. I have MANY other ones that are sitting in a drawer because they didn't work. These ones have scrubby lines that really work to lift off grime. The generic pads I bought thinking I'd save money were a waste.

Glad I ordered these so I can keep a stock of pad for my steamer!

These are very good replacement cleaning pads.

A shark pad replacement are great needs to wash and reuse not like those pads you have to keep buying and throwing away. This is one of the best things ever made..

Wrong pads

We needed vac/mop pads for the shark vac mop. Not steam mop. We don’t have a steam mop.

Refill mop heads

Do not receive 2 refills in box. Only for 1. Paid for 2. Also, mop heads do not come clean after washing.

these have ruff scrubbers that break the dirt up from the floor. would recommend 10/10

I use the product in my cleaning business. I hate that they’re white. They don’t wash up well even when you soak/pre-treat them and then wash. And you have to be careful if you need to put them in the dryer because they will shrink and the Velcro strips that secure them into place end up giving out in about a month month and a half
