damage wasting money

all 4 parts were broken very badly so it was send back by me i am disappointed and plus Affirm let me down by not pay off from seller while seller got package by FEDEX ! they wanted me still to pay from my bank unbelievable !

Onlay for "She" shed

The onlay ordered matches onlays on house. The house is Victorian and the she shed resembles the house. We had previously ordered onlays when the house was painted. This one matches.

This pediment is the perfect addition to my new bathroom. It is simply beautiful! I liked it so much I ordered a second one!

Absolutely beautiful. I’m renovating an old house and will place this above the door in the downstairs bathroom. It fits perfectly with the house’s one hundred year old aesthetic.

These are lovely; however, one came broken. Because it is plaster and going above a doorway on the wall, I can probably get away with repairing it myself so I am keeping it. The review is not as much for the product as it is for the shipping process. Taking away 2 stars for inadequate packaging - they were shipped plastic wrapped inside a v-folded piece of cardboard which was then put into a flimsy cardboard box. The box arrived crumpled; clearly not enough support or protection for a plaster onlay that is 1 - 1.5 inches thick. Nowhere on the packaging did they indicate that the contents were fragile or breakable. A more rigid shipping container and some bubble wrap or packing peanuts would have make a big difference.

I painted this item to match the decor in my room. I love Ekena Millwork Onlays for adding ornate trims. One of the onlays was broken during shipping because they are delicate, but it was easy to glue together. I knew I was painting this item so I was not bothered by the break.

Product is good - Shipping Terrible

Both came broken due to unintelligent packaging. They were wrapped in bubble wrap with a lot tape and put in a box. Well these are long/thin and fragile. The intelligent thing to do would have been to put cardboard strips top/bottom along the length of them, then wrap in bubble wrap / tape like a splint.didn't happen so they broke in transport. Had to glue them together and paint them. Other than that, the product itself is pretty nice looking and did the job.

Finishing touch to project

Very happy with the piece ordered. Attached to headboard to create one of a kind piece. Love it!

ARRIVED IN PIECES

It looks really nice, but unfortunately arrived broken and had to be pieced together. They should wrap this in bubble wrap and that would probably have prevented it breaking. Simple step would have made it four or possibly even five stars.
