Great non-coated loaf pan for Angel Food cake
They were a nice weight with thicker side walls as stated. Perfect for Angel food cake loaves. And the wider grip lip made it so easy to handle. Very good quality. I ordered a cheaper set somewhere else and it was not as sturdy or easy to handle or grip. Sent them back. As with anything stainless steel over time its hard to keep surface unmarred and shiny but so much better and safer than the coated ones.

Heavy duty stainless loaf pan!
This is an absolutely beautiful STAINLESS STEEL loaf pan. I have used coated pans and over a short period of time, the coating breaks up. This is unhealthy. For that reason, I've decided to pay a little more money and get GOOD QUALITY. This pan offers great quality along with "peace of mind" knowing that it is not going to flake off. This pan bakes beautifully and cleans up in the dishwasher. Love it and will buy other sizes.
