My husband and I order the off white chairs for our new house and we were very excited but when we received them, they were grey not off white. The color is completely off compared to the picture shown, it also has scuff marks. We contacted Wayfair so we could return/replace the chairs since they did not fit the criteria advertised and on top of getting a item that was not what we ordered they were charging us $60 to return it. We’re very dissatisfied.

Not very sturdy

They wobble quite a bit, and one of the two chairs I cannot get the legs to be even on whatsoever so that's a whole other issue. Aside from this the chair flares out significantly closer to the knees which isn't measured or shown in the pictures. This caused my chairs to really struggle to fit under my table more so.

Broke

Chair already broke under 6 months of ownership--parents only weigh 130-160 lbs.

They are just what I wanted. The shape and size work perfectly in my space. I paired them with the Dublin off white drop leaf pedestal table. The Shiloh chairs were more of a pale gray (than off white as described)than the table. However, my room is pale gray and they coordinate beautifully.

Very sturdy and beautiful to view

it's perfect for my bar space

We have had these chairs (8 total) for sometime between 18 months and 2 years. While I love they look and they were easy to put together, they are not the most sturdy and do chip very easily. We have three elementary aged kids which I’m sure factors into it. If we didn’t have kids, probably wouldn’t be as much of an issue, but all that to say these really aren’t the best choice for young families.

The chairs has nice look and I have them in my Living room as an extra's if needed for more crowd. The only thing that I am afraid of is that the weight limit on these chairs is 250 Lbs which is not a whole lot. But it hasn't broken so will see. Ok

Nice, classic look

Sturdy and easy to put together. They look really nice in my space and are easy to pull in and out from the table. Only place I had some trouble was with the legs but that was because I was trying to put them together without a second person.

I like the chairs and they seem sturdy but I ordered the color off-white, which was also described as a soft white and what I got was a very light gray color. I know colors can be risky to buy online but I thought off-white was pretty safe. My kitchen has various shades of off-whtie and it all goes fine but these chairs clash - definitely gray tone. I'll have to return. Photo on right shows top shiloh chair compared to off-white trim piece I had. Chair on left is off- white chair of mine, right is Shiloh chair.

hold up like $70 chairs

They look great with my table but there has been some chipping of the paint and with heavy use they become wobbly very fast.

Great chairs

I love these chairs. They are well made and sturdy. They were easy to put together with good directions. They came quick and were in good shape.

Would NOT recommend!! These chairs are junk and very cheaply made. They wobble when you sit on them. Unfortunately we ordered them for our new house and didn’t get to put them together until after we moved in, which was after our return period so we’re stuck finding new chairs and losing the money spent on these.

They are such a great price and easy to assemble.

Great at first, poor wear over time.

Classic Windsor look on these, however they just aren't right for my life stage with three young kids who are rough on furniture. Really wish I could've kept these, but they just didn't wear well over two years. I've had issues with stability on the legs with some of the spindles becoming dislodged from their holes along the base. Even with tightening, they become loose again quickly. Pretty disappointed, had to replace them two years in.

Lovely, sturdy, I match them with gray table

The construction feels light and a bit flimsy. Just put them together today and not sure how they will stand up over time. We bought other chairs off wayfair, black with a wing back. Only 30 dollars more each and felt they were worth the extra dollars.

TAKE WEIGHT LIMIT SERIOUSLY!!!

We had just purchased a new longer table and these chairs. I know it says 225 but generally that's a guideline not in this case. We were feeding my son's team mates, yes they are linemen, but 3 out of 6 chairs broke with them just sitting eating. They were not horsing around it just looked like Goldilocks and the Three Bears with boys dropping as the meal progressed. I would say if none of your family or guests breaks 200 pounds then they are a good value. If there is a chance of a larger individual ever coming to eat; please save the embarrassment
