Looks great, but corners came chipped/cracked

I’m in love with this shoe cabinet, but a number of corners were cracked/chipped when the package was opened :( I bought two and both had cracks/chips. I also wish this storage cabinet had metal legs instead of plastic ones so that it would be sturdier.

Raiding this product 3 out of 5. It has so many screws and no numbers or letters on the packages. Be aware that all the shelf's have the number of letters from the instructions in red marker and not understandable much. We pretty much guessed which was which. Out of all the shelf's the main top one was damaged! Picture is attached. Aside from that I like it and we use it for our shoes by the main entrance.

Nice inexpensive addition to the home

I like the color and size of the cabinet. It was pretty simple to build. What I don’t like about the piece is the very cheap back board of the shelf. The tape closure on the back is cheap and makes putting all the other pieces together difficult. Looks great from the front.

Beautiful cabinet. Definitely need 2 people to out together. Follow instructions carefully and make sure you identify all parts before assembly. They are not marked well.

Bad Product

This shoe rack was a disappointment. Poor manufacturing led to misaligned shelves and broken plywood supports, making it unstable. Not worth the investment due to its flawed construction.

Not for shoe sizes larger than 10

It assembled in a few hours, the instructions were average, everything lined up and appears to be decent quality. CAUTION - if you want the cabinet doors to close, this will not fit mens shoes larger than size 10. This is being returned to Target. They should really include this info in the description.

Walmart purchase experience

This purchase was a bad experience. Item arrived as damaged and initiated the return. Item returned back to Walmart return center. They initiated replacement order and it was delayed. Replacement ordered on 09/27/2023. As of now 11/03/2023 still not delivered. Contacted Walmart customer care and no help at all. They said they can’t do anything at all. 4 times reached out to customer care for help and they can’t initiate the refund even after cancel the replacement. Asked me to put a dispute with the credit card which I made the purchase to get my refund. I don’t understand why I need to place a dispute to get a refund for an item I returned and ups tracking shows item delivered back to Walmart. Sad part is the response received from Walmart customer support. They are not there for helping customers. If you buy big item and want to return or replace don’t use mail return service, but return it to the store. Walmart is not Amazon in customer service. Overall this is not a pleasant experience.

Cabinet - not just for shoes

We've repurposed this cabinet and now use for storing CDs; the size works perfectly and the narrow profile allows for maximum storage while taking up minimal space. Works out well and has lasted several years.

Flimsy and a pain to put together, but I guess you can’t expect too much for the price. Nice cabinet though, overall.

Product is all compressed particle board. Assembly is not very clear. one door fell to floor while assembling and broke. Poor quality.
