Missing parts
Chrome gooseneck seems to be of good quality tho not quite as shown on the website.. Good vs excellent rating due non-critical parts missing from the box (plumbers tape and washer).

Strong enough to hold up even the heaviest shower head combination. I have an old Victorian style shower head that is extremely heavy and it handles it.
This shower arm worked out well with our new 10" Round Rain Shower Head.
We swapped out a basic shower arm with this. Looks great and adds height to shower head!
