We love our carolina classic winslow windsor chair!

I only ordered one of the Windsor chairs, just to see if the style and stain would complement our dining room table. My husband and I were so pleased, we will be purchasing 5 more! Sturdy, sophisticated, and a great value for the money…. We love the simplicity of the Windsor chairs! Delivery was prompt and assembly so easy. I have been looking for this style of dining chair and was very excited to find this one. I bought 1 to see if it would work in my dining room, loved it and went back to order 7 more and they are out of stock very disappointed :(

The perfect choice for farmhouse living!

The chairs had to be assembled.The first one took some time (!) Then we started to use the hex wrench to line up the holes for the screws! Perfect!The chairs are beautiful and very sturdy. Just right to go around our farm table.

I would highly recommend these chairs.

The chairs are nice, sturdy and look great. Took some time to assemble. I ordered 6 and one of the chairs was missing a piece. It took a little while to get a response from the company but once I got to the right department they had the piece shipped off and replaced quickly. Overall happy with them

Love my new chairs. I would have given them a 5-star rating if they had not been so difficult to put together. Some of them had misaligned holes so new holes had to be drilled. For this reason I gave them a 4 star rating.

Great style, poor execution

When my husband began to assemble the 1st chair, he discovered that holes in the leg assembly did not align with holes drilled into the seat assembly. He then tried to assemble the 2nd chair and encountered the same problem. See photos attached. Iclivkec on 3 photos as requested but cant tell if they were in act attached to this email.

Great look, poorly made

The holes drilled into the top piece and the leg assembly do not match so assembly is impossible. Both chairs have the same issue so its obvious that they came out of the same batch wherever they were made. I have already sent an email to Customer Service, including photos, as requested. I love the style so I hope you are able to fix this problem in a timely manner. ThNk you,Peg Lyons
