I don't have the fireplace fully installed yet, but have taken it out to test and make sure everything was working properly. This fireplace has a very realistic looking flame and will add a cozy ambiance to the living room. The multiple color option combinations give you an opportunity to really customize to the specific look you desire. Very happy with this purchase.

Fits perfect - looks fantastic

It was easy to learn how to use, beautiful appearance and exactly what we had been wanting. Have not had the opportunity to try the two heat settings yet, but anxious to use this winter.

84” Fireplace

We love the fireplace. We bought the extra glass base in smoked and it came with different wood pieces. There is no direction on installing the glass into the fireplace to make the fire base. Would be nice to have had some directions on that part of install

We love our new fireplace! It is perfect and adds so much character to our living room. I am looking forward to the holidays to hang stocking and have our fireplace on!

Beautiful fireplace. Puts out decent heat. Lots of customizable options. While not a real flame it doesn’t look simulated in a bad way. Only thing i couldn’t figure out is how to change heat setting using voice command. May not be possible.

Love the look of our new fireplace. Replaced the one that came with our newly built home. The features and atmosphere that this fireplace brings to our family room is mind blowing.

Love our new fireplace! It fits our space perfectly. It was a bit pricey but we think so worth it! Ours is wall mounted because we didn't want the added expense of recessing it. It looks great and provides the exact ambiance we wanted! It was packaged great and had good instructions and was easy to mount. Highly recommend.

Rough out dimensions were precise, and the unit slide right into the recess with no trouble. Simple to secure. Bottom line: installation was a breeze. Delivery came early & the unit arrived in perfect condition. The unit is simple to use & offers a huge array colors/looks. We are very happy with our purchase!

Awesome Fireplace - Way better than Gas

We had a gas fireplace (put in by the homebuilder). It was smelly, small and didn't really blaze. We had it removed and replaced with an electric fireplace from Touchstone. The installation went without a hitch, and the remote is so easy to use. The appearance is simply stunning. And it's bright, has adjustable flame speeds, not to mention all the different options it has for flame and ember colors. Its presence really elevates the overall appearance of the room to something from a design magazine. Highly recommend!
