Very Nice Ottoman - Missing/Wrong Connection Piece

We love this new ottoman however could not use it for a week because it included 3 of the correct bolts for the legs and 1 that was too short. It took 6 days to receive the replacement bolt in the mail.The height of the legs was a bit high; thankfully my husband was able to shorten them. This also makes the ottoman more attractive.

Beautiful but the wrong size

Beautiful ottoman. Buttery soft leather. Well packaged to insure safe and damage free delivery. Can’t wait until the rest of the chair and sofa arrives. The color is close to what was depicted on website. Actually, darker in person. Not disappointed.

I also purchased the armchair that matches this ottoman. The two pieces were boxed and shipped separately and arrived in excellent condition. The interior wrapping was well done and truly protective. This chair and ottoman are absolutely beautiful and appear to be well made. The leather gleams and feel soft and sleek. Additionally, they are very comfortable. I'm sure to enjoy this furniture for many years to come. Forgive my home as it's under construction. Unfortunately, it came with no instruction on how to care for the leather. I'd appreciate some guidance here.

High Quality

The leather ottoman is top quality. Matched perfectly with an Abbyson leather chair that was purchased. Ottoman always bounces back in shape after use either as a foot rest or additional seating in our room.

Well priced for genuine leather

This ottoman in the chocolate brown was exactly what I was looking for for my family room. I wanted something that we could put our feet up on or set a tray on to use as a table if need be. I wanted genuine leather and the price was so much better than other genuine leather ottomans I viewed.
