Easy to put together - difficult if damage

Easy to put together, but there was a broken part (the plastic piece for the cord to come up through) and it was difficult to get a replacement part.

Second disappointing experience with Raymour

It was delivered to us broken and looked like it fell off the back of a truck. We returned the item right away. This is my second disappointing experience. We will never shop Raymour Flanigan again.
