Excellent... very comfortable

While the mattress is nice and of good quality it is DEFINITELY not ultra plush. Not even plush. If you’re looking to sink into bed and wrapped in softness this is not the mattress for you. Still overall a comfortable sleep just know what you’re getting into

Great mattress

This is the third chime elite mattress I have purchased. They are just really great mattresses for the price and they are comfortable. I have two in my Tennessee home and one in my Georgia and I recommend them for anyone wanting a change or redecorating. Great price without breaking the bank.

OMG ever since we got it i get up no pain in my back...it is so comfortable i can't believe how i feel when i get up..My Husband also was having with His back when He got up , but now O boy really unbelievable....AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a simple and practical bed. The Mid Century Modern look is quietly charming in the room.

What’s not to like about having a really nice mattress delivered in a few days and in a manageable box. The comfort and design is nothing less then amazing.

Would not recommend this as a nightly mattress. If you want to use it for a guest bedroom it would suffice but not for everyday use. I’ve been sleeping on it for two weeks and it has gotten better but still not getting a good rest. Not comfortable for me. Zero side support. Don’t try sitting on the edge or you will slide in the floor. Not seeing any cooling at night either. Probably should have returned it and almost did except I’m sure it would be a hassle as it will definitely not go in the shipping box after expanding for a few days. Actually found this in a mattress store and thought it was great so I purchased it on Overstock at a better price. Previous mattress was a more high end TempurPedic and wish I purchased that mattress again instead. Would definitely not purchase again.

This is going to be long, but a real review. We decided on this mattress based off of the reviews and I’m pleasantly surprised. Starting from the beginning I was super happy with how quickly it arrived, the box is very heavy but arrived in good condition. Brought the box upstairs, and followed the directions to remove plastic and inflate. We did not sleep on the mattress for a full 48 hours. The edges never completely inflated and the sheets wouldn’t stay on. I went to the app, filed a complaint, added pictures and received a new one in less than a week. SUPER FAST! Take 2 was easier because we had already done this
